Test Results
If your doctor has requested pathology, radiology or other tests be performed, it is required that you make a follow up appointment to discuss these results. Please note that the practice will be in contact with you if there are urgent results to be discussed. Please provide up to date contact details so that any urgent messages can be conveyed.
Recalls & Reminders
This practice has the facility for patients to be provided with timely reminders and recalls for a variety of health issues. If however, you would prefer not to receive these reminders, please discuss this with your doctor.
Urgent Appointments
If you need to be seen at short notice please call us and we will try to arrange a prompt medical consultation. We are unable to accept walk-ins. If you have an urgent medical issue please call 000 or attend your nearest hospital.
Repeat scripts and referrals
Patients should make an appointment for prescriptions and referrals. It is our duty of care to review and monitor prescriptions and referrals. Our doctors will talk to you about providing you with repeat scripts if this is safe. If you are a current patient please speak with our reception staff to assist.
Privacy
Your medical record is a confidential document. All of your personal and medical information is treated with the strictest standards of privacy. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff and only disclosed to authorised third parties.
Communication
Whilst our staff endeavor to attend to all calls promptly, at certain times our lines may be busy. We appreciate your patience. Our reception staff will attend to your call as soon as possible. We also have a voicemail system in place for non-urgent enquiries. Please do not email us with any clinical or appointment enquiries.
